In Chittagong, 84 people were newly infected with the corona virus.
According to a report released by the Civil Surgeon's Office on Saturday night (November 21), 1,930 samples were tested in the last 24 hours at Cox's Bazar Medical College Lab and four labs in Chittagong.
439 samples were tested in Bangladesh Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (BITID) lab and 361 samples in Chittagong Medical College (Chamek) lab.
In this, 1 patient has been identified in BITID lab and 50 patients in Chamek lab.
Samples were not tested at Chittagong University (CU) Lab, Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (Sivasu) Lab, Private Imperial Hospital Lab and Chevron Clinical Laboratory.
10 people tested 20 samples in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab and 3 samples tested positive in the Regional TB Referral Laboratory (RTRL) of General Hospital and 3 samples came positive.
On the other hand, Cox's Bazar Medical College Lab tested 95 samples from Chittagong and found no corona virus in anyone's body.
Chittagong Civil Surgeon said. Rabbi Sheikh Fazle said 84 new cases had been identified in the last 24 hours. Among the new victims, 57 are in the city and 6 in the upazila.
