 SSC-HSC examination of 2021 will be held: Minister of Education

Dhaka:   Next year's Secondary (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations will be taken, said the Minister of Education.  Dipu Moni.  

The education minister has asked the students to prepare for the exams.

However, the education minister also expressed doubts about whether the examinations will be held in the scheduled month.

The education minister made the remarks at a virtual press conference on Wednesday (October 21) at noon on the annual secondary examination.

For the last several years, SSC and equivalent examinations have been started from February 1 and HSC and equivalent examinations from April 1.

"We are now going through a situation where we cannot make too many decisions," he said.  What will happen for SSC, what will happen for next HSC, I will talk to you (journalist) again about all the issues.

Dipu Moni said, "I will tell all the students who have SSC and HSC exams next year, they must read their books, access online as much as possible."  There are all classes, you continue your studies.  Because if the test is after a few days, we will try to take it on time, if it is on time, then it will be, but if it is after a few days, but the test will be.  In that case you need to prepare well.

"We hope the situation will be much better next year, inshallah, then these exams can be taken," he said.  Examiners please continue your studies.

"Hopefully there will be all the tests in time, but it will depend on the situation," he said.  At the moment it is not possible to predict whether the February exam will be held in February or the March exam in March.
