The child stood silently beside his mother's body.

  • Habiganj: The  face of the mother lying on the side of the busy road is facing the sky. Strangers have gathered to see my mother.

  • Three-year-old Tanvi still could not understand what had happened to her mother.  He stood speechless holding the hand of the lifeless body, and stared at the faces of the eyewitnesses.

What does the child understand that he does not have the most relatives?  Gone forever?  If you don't understand or what will happen - this is the ultimate reality.

Police recovered the body of a woman named Jonaki Akhter, 22, near the Shuntki Bridge on the Habiganj-Baniachang road on Saturday (October 24th) afternoon.  Then the three-year-old girl was standing holding the hand of her lying mother.  Police then sent the body to Habiganj's 25-bed modern District Sadar Hospital for autopsy.  At the same time the girl was taken to the police station.

Baniachang police officer in charge (OC) said.  Emran Hossain told banglanews that small child Tanvi could not speak.  He was standing next to his mother's body.  He took the girl to the police station in his car.  Let's eat an apple there.  On hearing the news, Tanvir's grandmother came to the police station.  Now he is with his grandmother.

According to police, the housewife Jonaki is the wife and daughter of Apu Mia of Raghu Chowdhurypara in Baniachang upazila.  She is the mother of two children.  About a month ago, Tanvi left her husband and another child and moved to Netrokona with a boy named Anik.

On Saturday, Anik was going to Baniachang from Habiganj in a CNG autorickshaw with Jonaki's body.  When the autorickshaw stopped at the Shuntki Bridge area on the way, the locals saw the body in the car and chased him.  When he tried to escape through the haor, the locals arrested him and informed the police.  The police came and took him into police custody.  He is the son of Nihal Pandey of Kastagar village in Baniachang upazila.
